This is my new project studio.  It is a converted garage space with dimensions of 17' W x 19' L x  9' H.  The garage door still needs to be dealt with in some way.  Air conditioning is provided by an in-wall unit with remote control (to turn off during critical listening and recording).  Heating will be accomplished with some type of  portable heater (not to mention all the equipment when it's turned on ;-) ), or plug-in baseboard heater.  The water heater was vented to the outside and a closet was constructed around it.  The electrical is a dedicate 20 amp circuit (lights, HVAC, etc are on a different circuit).
